my comm manager has always been like that (i thought it was like that on purpose).. i saw the font no where else.. now, with facebook, and with google maps i see it again... (on google mapes its when i try signing up for latitudes, and when seeking satellites... ) on facebook, its everywhere, as you can see in the pic i uploaded... i have sdk tools.. and looked under fonts... i tried changing one, and it changed everythign to the font, but the comm remained the same... i dont know what to do?.. any ideas, someone can walk me through? thanks for responding!

im really suprised someone cant tell me what the prob is.. or what to at least check.. cant we figure out what the facebook app font is.. and go from there... this is a matter of FONTS... i thought this would be somethign simple for the people on this forum.. im shocked no one can help me...
maybe its more involved than i realize..
its just a little frustrating..

Had the same issue with stock Verizon 6.1 ROM. I guess one of the apps I installed did something with font settings.

Here is what I did to fix it.
1. Copy the "HelveticaNeue LT 55 Roman.ttf" file from \Windows folder to root (any place works, it is deleted at the end)
2. Rename it to "digital-7.ttf".
3. Copy the renamed file to \Windows\Fonts folder overwriting the one that is already there.
4. Delete the digital-7.ttf file from the root.
5. Done.

It will probably change the font in the app that is actually expecting this font but so far I had no issues.

EDIT: Figured out what app caused the issue. In my case it is TouchWatch2.
And, by the way, you need to soft-reset the phone after the procedure described. Forgot to mention that.

thanks so much for posting.. im goign to try it.. thing is, i have no HelveticaNeue LT 55 Roman.ttf in my windows\ folder on my phone.. i looked in the windows\fonts and i had digital.tff, it had no 7 in the title...? if i do find it, should i name it digital.tff or digital-7.ttf (can you send me the HelveticaNeue LT 55 Roman.ttf font?

EDIT: this is probably my problem! no helvetica! can someone send me that or their digital.ttf file?
EDIT2: aha, i had touchwatch 1.1 installed! now i just need that font!

I'm running the stock WinMo 6.1 Sprint ROM, which doesn't have those. But it does have some others. Just in case you're in a hurry or nobody comes through with your desired fonts, here's... Courier, Tahoma, and Tahoma bold:
