Another gps question....
 

I have the 6900 with rom 3.37.15 and radio 3.02Nex--It's Hulk's rom from last year.

gps was working pretty good and still was working up until a week ago.

I added a cab last year to get gps working but can't remember the name. It involved changing the PRL and PRI (I have PRL version 51309 and PRI version 1.37_002)

Would gps work better if I installed Valhalla or use the aGPS fix?

I've been reading for 4 hours now and found a lot of conflicting info....
Any help would be appreciated.

search verizon gps not working.
there's tons of threads about this.
it's something to do with verizon blocking it on their end
or something like that.
not exactly sure...but that should help get you started on searching.
If I had verizon I would help you out too, but I don't. :/

I did search and there's one thread that's about 275 posts long. I read through most of it but many of those people didn't have my same setup. And I did find other threads...

Can I install Valhalla without reinstalling a new rom? The instructions say to use coke unlocker, install new rom, install Valhalla, etc.

I'll keep reading too. Thanks for responding.

I would recommend following all steps in the instructions.
They are usually there to eliminate annoying
or big problems that occur if you do not follow them.
Or just there because without them, it will not work.
I'm not even sure exactly what Valhalla is or what it does, lol,
but I would always follow instructions to a "T" on this site and xda.
