audiopara for 6.5?
 

I'm running a 6.5 ROM and my ringer volume is LOW. I have it turned all the way up and it sounds like it's all the way down. I've done the registry change from 4 to 7 and no difference. All ringers are on phone and not storage card. I've tried the audiopara for the RevA/GPS ROM but no change. any other suggestions?

Have you also tried using a music file for a ringer? or are you just using the built in ones?

I can set you up with my audiopara file as soon as I dig it up, but it may not be needed...

all my ringers are mp3s I've had forever. Worked just fine on my tp using 6.5. but the touch they are barely audible.

I'm workin on an oem right now,
otherwise the rar is the just audiopara file.
you'll need either resco explorer or total commander(what I use)
to overwrite read only files.
Then copy file to windows directory.

Otherwise use the cab installer.

Working on creating an oem also for the other rom cookers if they'd like it.
I will edit this post with the oem when I get it done.
I won't have time to test the oem, so let me know if it doesnt work so i can fix it.

Will that cab increase the volume on NFSFANS 6.5 V8 rom or is the volume already tweaked in the v8 rom?

It's the file from nfsfan's rom.
You shouldn't need to increase the volume in his rom.
If you do, more than likely you'll blow your speakers.

So, do you have that OEM yet? I would rather be able to cook it into the ROM than have to re-install it every time I flash my phone.

Nah, I ended up not making one.
I can try to here in a bit, but can't guarantee it'll work 100%
as I do not cook my own roms yet...and maybe never will.
I prefer Nfsfan's roms.

Oh and BTW,
I will be answering your pm here in a min or two
after I answer a few more posts.
