android sd issue

Trying to run andriod and keep getting this message

I have formated to fat32 on the sd card and i still get this message, how do I fix this?

No partition found on SD card
/bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off

[ 3.510000] SND: ch 2 CLOSED --> OPENED
