I collected 27 themes for WM 6.5, which I think they are good. You guys can download them through this link. The link is a linkbucks linking. It will automatically transfer you to megaupload after 10 seconds. you will get a zip file, unzip and put those tsk files into /windows.

Question:I tryed to make tsk file with ThemeGenCE.exe,which I used for 6.1 ROMs,and it has option QVGA P+L (240x294,320x214) and I cannot change it to (240x320,320x240).
Customized option works for portrait view only,and it will stretch the same picture when in landscape mode.+the whole structure is different(1pic-for today P.view,2nd pic for start menu P.view,3rd pic for L.view-today,4th pic for L.view-start menu)
That tool is old and constructed for WM5,WM6.
Anybody have fresh one with more options?

I think 6.5 is way better than 6.1. more suited for finger operation, while 6.1 depends on pen more.
And you can easily switch between M2D and Titanium in 6.5.

Not sure if this will help you but this is a web-based generator I used to create some 6.5 themes and it seemed to work, I didnt really over task it but was able to create the tsk files without issue and then install om my 6.5 and worked without issue YMMV though depending on what you really want

I wanted to set 1 image to portrait and totally different to landscape and make size 240x320 (not 240x294).They assuming that the task bars will be coloured,and in 6.5 we have clear bars. Its not a big deal.

OK, just in the interim couldnt you just use a graphics editor (Gimp, Photoshop, whatever) and make whatever the two graphics you want to the portrait and landscape dimensions and when you save them save as backgroundP.png and backgroundL.png or whatever - it would give you the two separate pictures you want to use in the orientation you want but at least for now compatible with the naming scheme...

Just an idea and my brain is friend and too tired LOL

Can you make VGA themes? and where did you get all the themes from?? i cant find them any where..

I would use these in my ROMs but it removes the nifty little finger menus that come with the stock 6.5 themes =/

Um I dont know what you mean by "yes they are" but ya I thought about that but then got too lazy to check. Also you wouldn't be able to cook the background into the set image as background function. Although maybe through running a customization Idk, not sure.

So far I know I can make theme for touch (QVGA). I made some nice themes and will put them up later.

since the cooper rom came out, I'll flash my wife's touch pro and and try to see whether I can make VGA themes using the same method.

I made these 2. They both have 6.5 crystal bar, not the 6.1 black bar:)

i like that shrooms thing.. might have to include it somehow in the next release... or i could just find the picture and do it the ghetto way :](by not actually using the theme, just the background)

you can rename .tsk to .cab and OEMize it.

Great post.
For some reason I don't have the default theme for 6.5. I have no idea why, it went to Classic (Blue) for me, and no default theme.
If anybody can upload it, I would be very grateful. Thanks.
