Ok Heres The Story I Tried To Flash My Htc Without Unlocking It With A Coustom Rom And Now It Wont Get Past The Htc Boot Screen And When I Try To Load VOGUIMG.nph In Bootlooder It Says No Image File I Tried Everything To Fix It Can Anyone Help Ps. When It In Bootloader It Says VOGU100 MFg Spl-2.31.Coke CPLD-3

Answered this for you already over at XDA but here goes again LOL well hopefully its jsut a typo on this thread but double check this the file name should be VOGUIMG.nBh (B capitalized for effect not needed LOL) Other than that, enter bootloader mode, then connect to USB and you should see it go from Serial to USB then start the RomUpdateUtility.exe from an original stack ROM, then you can go back, unlock and then flash to a custom ROM Detroit Doug |

Did you rename the file extension to .nbh and not .nph and attempt the bootloader install again? Did you download an original Stock ROM for your phone and carrier and try it? What is it it is doing now, same as before, error codes? what are they if there is any error codes? to enter bootloader flash mode First press and hold the power+camera+stylus in reset hole all at the same time and hold until the screen changes your going to see whats called the 3-color screen, it should say "serial" at the bottom at this point plug your phone into the USB cable attached to the PC and it should switch to saying USB now on your PC double-click the RomUpdateUtiliy.exe file and follow the directions on the screen of your PC and watch the screen on your phone, it may take some time for the progress bar to show, be patient IF, the above still doesnt work you will need to find your original SD card that came with the phone and find some way to attach it to your PC to access it then it doesnt need to be the original but must be 2GB or less in size (I always keep my original cards safe with the latest ROM I am currently using on it just in case)... Format card as 32bit Copy the RUU_Signed or whatever the name of the file with the .nbh extension is and rename it VOGUIMG.nbh put the SD card back into your phone and power it up As it starts up press the needed keys to enter bootloader mode again and it should detect the .nbh file on your card right away and flash from it Hope that helps Detroit Doug |

No Luck When I Put It In Bootloader With The Nbh File In It It Say Loading For A Second And goes Back 2 The 3 Color Screen

OK, but did you try ALL the ideas I posted and the different ways to flash your phone? If so and still no luck.. Im outta ideas then other than flashing back to .41 then unlocking again and flashing a ROM again Might have cooked it, I just dont know Detroit Doug |
