Skype has moved out of Beta and works flawlessly on my Vogue the sound is going through my headset!

The Wifey was askin me about this for her Vogue. Seemed like its only cool if your friends are using it, no? Read a little on the site, what do you get outta this? WHats it for?

You can talk to your friends all over the world of free.....if you dial a number though it's not

go to www.skype.com downloads and download for windows mobile you can dl cab directly to your phone. I have been using the new release 2.5 since it was released and it is still a bit buggy in my opinion. Unless i dont know what I'm doing, and if so please correct me, audio is through the speakerphone not through the earpiece on the phone. Forum said this was a legal issue with windows mobile. Also i have trouble entering numbers while in a call, ex. bank accounts, etc. but otherwise it works. If anyone has the work around for the earpiece please post thanks. Just my .02

I had it working with my headset yesterday and the Beta didn't work for me. I will do a bit more experimenting with it and post what I learn.

well I guess the secret is that you need a stereo A2DP headset, it doesn't work on a standard mono headset. :angry7:
