Trying 2 remove programes unable to!!!
 

Hey guys i have a Alltel HTC TOUCH, recentley flashe to cricket and i installed the touchflo from the HTC Diomand, but i did not like it so i tried removing the programe but it says " unsuccessful to remove would you like to remove from programes list Yes or No" i click yes nothing happins, so i check the programe list does not show it there but still shows on the remove programes menu. So i wanted to do a hard reset but befor i could i noticed by clear storage icon is not on my phone so how can i do a hard reset and if i do will this reset all my cricket setting to stock please help me out guys. thanks

start>settings>systems>clearstorage>1234>enter or
hold red and green buttons on front (send/end) at same time as you push stylus in the hole in the bottom of phone, keep holding end send and take out stylus, at prompt press enter.
Be sure to back up what you want to keep, use backup like pim to back up to sd card, sd card will not be erased. hard drive will be erased back to factory settings. you can restore backed up stuff using pim (contacts, texts, calendar, etc..)

delete it from windows folder or rather the regisitery
