Data Issues
 

So I added data to my line today, worked for an hour or so, then started getting error 11 and user name issues saying I could not connect to the network. After many hours of trying to get it to work, researching, and even a hard reset, I called verizon and they said the northeast has a network outage. Has anyone else had any of these problems as well?

I also don't seem to be receiving any text messages either..


Edit: Hmm, seems to be working now, still not sure about text messages though.

Turned out my phone needed to be re-authenticated and I hadn't realized it..
