system permission to install htccube

I have been trying to install the htc cube app on my friend's vogue. When I try to install it says that I don't have system permission to install it. I have searched and found only 1 reference to this and it recommended terminating the biotouch.exe process. I used dotFred TM and terminated this app but I still got the same error. Anyone else know how I can resolve this issue?

So far I have found no solution for this. Is there anything special that needs to be done to install this on his vogue? Does it need to be unlocked?

Why don't you try the sdk certs it may help
