I just filed a claim last week (Friday), I went to my local sprint store and they proccessed the claim for me thru asurion. I did have to speak with the asurion rep to verify some questions but she never mentioned anything about filling out an affidavit.

well im trying to file a claim now and they are offering a touch vogue still! why not the diamond anymore?

Depends on what they have available at the moment. I'd say you're lucky. No way I'm going back to 4 gigs storage now that I've been enjoying a 16GB card!

i like the vogue but it's time to move onto a newer ppc! im also not paying $100 for a refurbished phone!

anybody here from sprint who has filed a claim, i think my phone is toast and just came back from sprint store after dropping of the phone at their service dept.

if they cant fix it, can i get a touch pro ? dont like the diamond as it does not have a micro SD card - either want another touch or touch pro...

also, my phone is under warranty from sprint - within the year - so will i get a new phone or a refurbished phone ? dont want refurbs now... never work very well at all...

kind of off topic but i had an Apache go bad a few weeks ago and to my amazement it was replaced with an other apache

this thread should be locked as sprint and the insurance company are both still giving out touch vogues. i called them both today and complained and did all of the smooth talking i could and i still got a brand new touch vogue coming this week as a replacement. it is now up for sale in the marketplace! it cracks me up that they still carry a 2 year old phone, why not give the diamond out instead? i had nothing but issues with them today and im pretty sure ill be canceling my sprint contact and moving to another carrier, from what i hear sprint is a sinking ship! ](*,)

yeah i think someone here tipped sprint off as to what we were trying to pull. im really ticked at them for sending out 2+ year old phones as replacements, even if they are new. they don't sell them in the stores and they don't make them anymore, they should NOT be given out at all! :disgust:
