Option button emulation on the Touch?
 

Hi,

I am looking for a way to emulate the two option buttons that are on most cell phones, as they are missing from the HTC Touch. I have many programs that are designed to use those, mostly for navigating menus, and cannot use them with my Touch.

Are you talking about the left/right soft keys. AEButton Plus can emulate them.

Yes, Thanks! I Tried AEButton Plus and it works great!

I do have a question about the program... After setting up the left/right softkeys I didn't see AEB running... does it run all the time or did it just change some registry entries?

It runs at startup in the background.

You can disable it for troubleshooting by running \program files\AEBPlus\AEBPlusUload.exe This will cause it not to run at startup.

The settings are stored in \Program Files\AEBPlus\AEBPlus.cfg if you ever need to back them up.
