Help I think I Bricked my phone
 

I have a XV6900 and here is what I did...

1. Installed Cokeman

2. Installed verizon 3.37.78 radio

3. Flashed NFSFAN rom.

All went successful and I was able to make and receive calls. Then I installed the HTC Home Plugin. Now my phone will not connect with my computer though active sync or fully boot up. It comes up to the today screen but and only loads the top and bottom bars. You can see start but when you tap the menu will not appear. It is completely frozen. A hard reset does not help. Is there any hope.

put it into bootloader and flash again

It won't connect to my computer. How can I do that. I know how to put it in bootloader but it won't connect to my computer.

does it change from serial to usb in bootloader when you plug it into the computer. if it does you can reflash

Yes it changes to usb. I have cokman 2.31 on it so where do I begin with the flash. When I tried cokeman it didn't find the phone.

Umm..glad you're back up and running. However, mind if I ask why you would install HTCHome on a ROM that is running Manilla 2D? These two are incompatible. M2D completely replaces the Today screen, and HTCHome is a today screen plug-in. You can do this, but you would need to disable M2D first. There are instructions on how to do that over in the NFSFAN ROM thread on XDA.
