cant get rom
 
im trying to download a rom but when the percentage sign comes out it stays at 0 and then says there a promblem then tries 2 fix and tells me to take out battery and put it back but i still got the same problem

you're not trying to download it straight to your phone are you? if so, you need to flash via pc.
