i dont know if its possible or not but if you can get on active sync try and connect through my mobiler or somthing that displays your phone on your desktop and do it through that. but you proably cant get on activesync so just a thought

Did you try soft resetting? You could also try hard resetting but of course you'll have to reload stuff.

Also, there's a file you can install which edits the registry to adjust the sensitivity for the screen automatically. Post if you need help with any of this stuff.

If you are stuck and you want help fixing the issue then you may want to tell us how the issue started.

i tried mymobiler but i see the aling screen on my pc eaither. so i dnt knw how to fix it frm there...? n for the other guy solutions i tried soft reset n hard reset n none of those wrk im still on the aling screen.. n i could make calls nor recived them. so a did a hard reset n since the aling screen apears i cant do anythng else.. any more answer?? anybody??

Take it into a repair shop? Sounds like your digitizer went belly up.

Basically, I googled for wm6 and for wm5 "bypass the align screen". I don't know if you've tried this yet. As mentioned above it may be a hw issue though.

Did the problem start when you did any reg changes or upgrades? That would help to know as if it did the hw is OK and its something in the reg and we would be able to help you fix it if this was the case. Perhaps you've already replaced the device?

If it was software related (reg. setting) then the hard reset he tried would have fixed it. It's gotta be a hardware failure.

thanks for ur help. im out of the aling screen but theres still a problem. cuz im on the normal screen on the today screen but. the touch sensor still not workn is there anythng to make the sensor bck to normal..???
