Google maps not working now - HTC Touch
 

I downloaded the newer version of Google Maps and all of a sudden it does not find me with GPS. I have uninstalled, installed, uninstalled, installed and it just will not pick up gps.

Can anyone help me with maybe settings, or anything that i am missing? A week ago with the older version of google maps, it worked just fine.

try going to start>settings>phone>services tab> click get settings for location setting> see if its on. if not, turn on and retry.

Maybe the wrong port? I tried all of them and only port 4 works. As for baud, 4800 and the highest setting also works on mine.

on my pro with lat. google maps is not working either, not sure why. settings are all good.
