Need help on sprint
 

does anyone know how to reprogram the phone, like when they tell u type in example . ### and sum other numbers then they ask u to type in your nmber? i went to sprint got my phone exchanged except idiot put down wrong numberr under the programming so when i dial my voice ail by pressing 1 it calls the other prsons number rather than my voice mail same for the new cab for picture mail i send from my phone except the person(s) i send to gets the other persons number as they sent it not my number which actually sent the dayum pict. dont wanna go to sprint cause we know how long things would take there and not upto reinstalling origial sprint rom back on just for this

You should be able to call Sprint directly and have them walk you through it. They'll need to know what's happening so they can re-initialize the data provisioning for your phone. Just don't call from your cell. Call the toll free number at 888.211.4727.

wen i hit edit it asks for an unlock code any idea?

Unlock code is your MSL. You can either get it from Sprint, or use this app. Simple to use all you need is the hex ESN off your phone.

also remember the ESN you enter in this app is case sensitive...to save yourself a few seconds enter all upper case

ok can i edit under the ##rtn# this is where it shows my mobile number as the other persons number. and under the msid it shows my number. better off said my number ends in 893 on ##rtn# it shows as 983 but under msid it shows 893 is there a way i can fix this? under menu it tells me reset or cancel wen i press it it tells me of a factory reset but dont think that will help me out as wen i load a rom isnt that the same?

k think i got it now. went under
##pst#->
view info->
nam setttings->
mobile directory number->
menu->
edit then ok.
did a reset, now it shows my number under here and the rtn. tested it out sending myself a nice pic lol and its take mad long let me know if i did this correct thanks to everyone who gave me an assist. will let you know if i got the pics later tonight or tomorrow lol.
