Need An OEM Touch Rom
 

Hi Everyone,

My Touch has been acting up lately, it will randomly reset itself, and it will only charge through a usb port, it will go to the red,green,blue page if it is plugged into the wall.

I have a custom rom, and I figured I would need to switch back to the OEM rom as to prevent any questions.

Can I just use the oem updater to downgrade? or is there a special process?

You can get it directly from HTC:

But sounds like you may have more problems...

So its safe to downgrade?

Yeah, my touch has kinda crapped out over the past few days...It started going back to the flash page when i plugged it in, and then i figured it was just the charger, but then it wouldn't charge in my car, so then i figured it was the phone

What version is your radio? I assume it's a recent rom? Then yes, it's safe. I've flashed 3.42.xx back and forth all the time. Where xx is any number between 00 and 99? I don't recall the numbers, but Non-GPS and GPS radios/roms is where you shouldn't cross-flash.
