internet share HELP!!!!!

using htc vogue with windows 6.1 installed internet share cab cab with 2 files. put them into windows dir. made shortcut. chose usb connect plug in usb and hit connect says connected. but never gets an ip address. it always says limited or no connectivity.

What program are you using? Also, what provider are you with?

using internet sharing.cab with 2 files in it intshare.dll and intshrui.exe in the windows dir with a shortcut in the prog dir. i am on telus. internet works on phone but cant get ip it even says connected?????????????
