I dont have allignment problems but i have a problem when i text sometimes the screens gets SUPER unresponsive and i have to reset or just wait about 5 minutes before i can use the phone again

I'm gonna check in with a Sprint store in the next couple of days and see if I can either get a new touch or an upgrade due to the screen coming off and the dead spot. Will let you know how it goes.

My screen was also peeling off, along with the rainbow effect and the cracked casing. Verizon replaced mine after about a 20 second inspection in the store.

lol yeah i pulled mine completely off, so now i dont use a screen protector, oddly the screen doesnt work when the protector is off :D

It's probably not the digitizer, as that is stuck to the LCD. The part that is coming off seems to be a permanent screen protector. I don't know. All I know is it's not supposed to come off.

Went to my local Sprint store just now. They were able to replace the screen within about 30 minutes! So if you have insurance, just do it!

I got mine replaced, on to my 3rd phone now. It is just like my original good build quality. The refurb they gave me last week was garbage, it was like a totally different phone.

refurbs almost always SUCK its not cool
Your paying a lot for insurance they should give you a new phone..
