Garbled sound after rom upgrade
 

Ever since i upgraded the rom on my touch (Bell) my bluetooth is not working, i can pair multiple headsets but they all do the same thing, the sound is garbled, and if i try to pair to another device, that also does not work, everything was working fine before, i tried different roms too, i curently run the bell one, but i tried nfs's ones the omj one they all do the same thing...

I am geting frustrated, please help
