Schedule Pop3 Email Checking

Is there a way to setup pop3 accounts to check every x minutes, but only during certain times of the day? I know I can setup my activesync email to only check during certain hours.

Download the "Seven" email app (seven.com). It has push email, plus you can specify the hours of each day when you want it to check for email.
