what is a good backup software?
for contacts,emails,pictures etc.. something that backs as much as possible..=D>

I've had the best luck with Sprite Backup. Have stuck to it since the early treo's had it. SPB backup works well also. But I know sprite will back up everything including Picture messages.

PIM back up works wonders for me never had any isssue's with it either...

SPB Backup rocks, I have Sprite also but never use it anymore.

I have searched a couple times and always come back with not what am lokoing for.
where is a section here that show/has steps with how to start from scratch again.. From formating ( or what ever its called ) your phone and makeing sure its OEM sprint again with 6.1 like new??
so then i can load touch flo 2d again..

You can just hard reset to get back to stock, there is two ways to do this one being simply hold down the end and send keys while poking your stylus in the soft reset hole located at the bottum of your device,the second being Start>settings>system>clear storage>type in "1234"...but if you are just having lagg issue's a soft reset may help with your problems...

I also run Dashwire (www.dashwire.com) in conjunction w/ SPB Backup. Dashwire is a cloud based b/u for your contacts, pix, texts, voicemails, etc
