Did I brick this thing?
 

Just wondering if I can get this VZW XV6900 working again - I used the 0.41 unlocker and didn't get any errors. I then created the custom ROM and flashed phone with no errors. Then the device rebooted and now will not make it past the "Swedish Chef". What are the next steps I need to take to troubleshoot this?

I also did several hard resets and removed the battery a couple of times.

Flash it back with the stock rom and see what happens.

Place device in bootloader mode by holding power camera and reset and u will see a multicolored screen then flash a new ROM.

Thanks for the info - I have tried to re-flash using RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship.ex e but it gets to 44% complete and locks up. Is there another ROM that folks have been using that might work better?

First of all.. No you did not brick it! It is fixable :)

My guess is you unlocked with the Non GPS unlocker which is 0.41 or 0.40 and then flash to a GPS ROM.. Which conflicts because you also dont have a GPS radio so you will get stuck on the boot screen
Try creating another custom ROM that is NOT GPS!!! and flash that while in bootloader mode.
That should work since you will now have a compatible radio and ROM and unlocker.
If not then you need to get a GPS radio on your phone. But I am not sure how at the moment since you dont have a GPS unlocker

I am hoping my first bit of advice will guide you out of this..
