Vogue RUU error message...

Hey guys, I've been trying to run the 3.19.4.3 version of the vogue ruu and I keep getting an error message saying:

ERROR [240] : FILE OPEN

I've flashed my XV6900 before on my old laptop with XP a few months ago with no problems. I've tried the RUU on 3 different computers. 2 running Vista and one running Server 2003.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I apologize for starting a new thread if there was already one for this. I did a search, and didn't see any about this... if this is a repeat just let me know =)
