Finger Scrolling!

Ok so today i installed touchflosl or whatever its called and then i deleted it and now i cant finger scroll(flick up and down) i can only use the scroll bar...and way to fix this?

if you cant find a fix backup and hard reset.

I use FTouchSL 2.9 and I love it on the Titan.

FIXED IT!:)
i just reinstalled ftouchflo and then i uninstalled it..when it was uninstalling it asked if i wanted to enable touchflo scrolling at next start-up, i clicked yes and it works now:)
