Alright I'm pretty new at this so I'd like to know, how to get TF3D to work with the Vogue (XV-6900) as well as full GPS support so I can use the Google Maps My location feature.

I have already done a ROM change to a modded XV-6800 ROM that has WM6.1 on it so I understand how to do these things. It'd just be nice to find out how to set up the other two. Also is there a way to get TF3D to work and play nice with SPB Shell? I'm currently running that.

You can't get TF3D working on the Vogue. There are no drivers for our devices. You can get TF2D working. The vogue update forums have a bunch of ROMs that have it included.

For GPS you will need to unlock your phone with the 2.31 unlocker and ten install a GPS radio. Now load on a custom ROM and you should be pretty set.

Search the upgrade forum if you run in to any problems. Most things have been covered already.

Which radio firmware version are you running?


In my attempt to get gps working i used the unofficial vzw update, it updated the radio to 3.37.xx and then ran the Valhalla_Legends_GPSServer.cab. Google maps worked after than but i couldn't get the garmin gps to get a fix.

let me know if you can't get the valhalla gps fix. it was on xda forums but doesn't seem to work

Do you have data? From what i've found gps only works when you have the data connection to assist it.
