Confusion.
 

Im a bit confused, yes. i've read thru the downgrading...ect and still am kinda puzzled.

I had an htc touch, broke it. got a warranty exchange on the phone, now i have 2 phones. i unlocked and was running a 6.1 based manilla rom on this phone before i broke it. upgrading your phone breaks warranty. do i need to relock the phone after i flash to the offical alltel rom? if so , could someone please point me into the right direction. thx.

if you need to return it, i would suggest flashing back to stock then relocking
