Having Problem With Internet
 

For Some Reason I Cant Log On To The Internet. It Says My User Name Or Password Is Wrong. My Username Is My 10 Digit Phone Number With Mycricket.com And The Password Is Cricket. When I Put All That In And Hit Finish And Try To Get On The Internet It Wont. I Havent Had Any Problems Until The Other Day. I Have Done A Hard Reset And Still The Same Problem. I Did Check After I Put In The User Name And Password And After I Hit Finish I Went Back Like I Was Gonna Edit And The Password Is Longer Than What I Put In.... Im Totally Confused!!

the password is still there its security feature that puts in 15 or 16 digits... what about you advanced settings have they changed... what error message do you get?

no nothing has changed. this is exactly what it says.....

cannot connect. please check your username, password, or other credentials and try again.


or it will say...
your username or password is wrong. to check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap settings. if the problem continues, turn the device off and try again.

ive had this phone since july and havent had any problems with this until last week.
