Not reciving text messages?
 

hi i have a telus touch flashed with a rom which i cannot remember, however i have gps and wm 6.1, well my problem is that my phone has stopped receiving and sending textmessages. if i recive a text my phone screen will lightup, however that is it. there will no notification, sound and i cannot view the text even if i go to my text messages. everything else works on my phone, anyone have any idea as to what is wrong.

first thing I would try is P.I.M backup and save all your previous contacts and call logs msgs. etc..etc.... move all important pics, files etc..etc... to the sd card and hard restart. should take care of it. I would also pay attention as you load your apps back on so if its one of them causing the issue you can pinpoint it

ok i will try that, one question how do you hard reset? i have tried searching however nothing comes up.
