HTC Vogue Haywire Madness, Help Please!

I only wish I could understand what the hell is going on. When I first bought this phone, I thought it was a gem, it was fast, responsive, and did everything I could possibly want it to do. However I have been noticing the speed starting to fade away. On one occasion my touch screen stopped responding all together, which corrected itself about 2 hours later. Once and awhile my phone likes to take about half an hour to boot up. And I would also like to mention that my phones battery life for some reason seems to keep getting worse, like now i get about 8 hours of life without talking or using any applications at all. However on this fateful saturday, where everything seems just peachy, my screen has now stopped responding and 2 out of 3 times, the boot up process freezes. It's telling me I have a voice mail when I don't, I've checked about 8 times.

I want this phone to stop existing. But until then, if anyone has any ideas, anything at all to help me along, it's greatly appreciated.

after reading around a little more, I realized i could do the factory reset. This has GREATLY improved things, but I do not wish to end up in the same situation. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Interestingly I had to reset mine a few times when I first got it, but since I have upgraded to WM 6.1 it has been ok.

Not sure if you are aware of a program called pimBackup... but it is great in the event you have to reset. stores all your contacts, messages, and even specific files you can choose. definitely a must have for all ppc owners!
