M2D Opera question

I've noticed that Opera opens google in it's 2nd tab from the Internet Launch Browser page of M2D. Yet when I open Opera from the program list it opens google mobile in the 1st tab.

Anyway to fix the M2D launch setting to open in the 1st tab?
