isn't the AGPS fix only for the official alltel rom? also i have windows vista, and it says it doesn't work on there....

If you read further down Shadow-Tech's thread, you will see that the agps fix is compatible and ready for other carriers as well. As for the issue of you having Windows Vista, well, there's really not much that can be done there asides from getting an XP machine.
