Verizon GPS doesnt work after reauthentication

so basically I accidentally ran Clear Storage (which seems to do a hard reset), and afterwards my data, and phone didnt not work. i called *228 and did SPL programming and data started working, but phone didnt. i reauthenticated with verizon. and phone now works.
Buttt. GPS doesnt.

i tried redoing the QPST Programming, deleted the 2 ports i added. and readded them. and gpsOne settings were still on the phone, or i reput them back in. the gpsOne settings are sticking as i rechecked the phone. but its not getting one single satellite.

any idea?

just want a confirmation from a verizon user saying aGPS still working. i will reflash Bell rom tomorrow and see if custom rom with xda gps settings works.
my PRL is 51099, radio is 3.42.50, PRI is 1.37_002

did u verify location is turned on?

Running OMJ Custom Bell 3.09

GPS works perfectly.

u r right OMJ, Location defaulted back to OFF, DOH

Works great now, plus your Manilla2D is running great, power usage seems to be good compared to my last rom, and the Touchflow2D i think its called is nifty to get around on the main screen.
