Stuck in boot mode
 

I have the official Sprint windows Mobile 6.1 rom and this is the second time this thing has happened to me.

I am trying to boot my phone and it gets stuck on the green Windows Mobile Splash screen...other than a hard reset...what can I do? This is such a pain in the BEHIND. I have tried umpteen times to reboot. HELP!

Any suggestions other than throwing my Touch out the windopw would be apprciated. Thanks!

This sucks.. but you might just have a defective unit.

why don't you try take the battery out for 1 minute then soft reset....

Hey,

I just had this problem with my Alltel Touch.

I did a reset with the small button on the bottom and that did not help

I took the battery out over night and that did not work

I took out the little sd card and bingo! I put it back and it worked too.

If you have one of those mico sd cards its worth trying.
