I know this may sound silly but is it possible to start new forums for eack device that is dedicated to ONLY roms and rom fixes with all othersa going to the general device forum Im having a heck of a time finding roms unless they are brand new Ive heard there are tons out here I just cant find them...

This does sound like a good idea, Could even be organized by theme eg. stock, clean, m2d, custom...
