need help with installing cab file
 

im trying to install HHPv2.1cab and it keeps tellin methat i do not have sufficient system permission i have HTC Audio manager that tells me the same thing, how do i access the system permission to install the cabs,sorry if this has been asked already

if this question has been asked i am sorry ,but if so can you point me to a general area that has the answes, thank you
