Converting Cab to Files
 

Is there a way of converting the files within the cab to files like you get in explorer.

I guess not just extract the cab but convert it to useable files. I need to update an app but i can't because i cooked it into my rom so will have to update the exe file.

You could turn the .cab into an OEM, or do it at least to extract the files into what I think you want. Find it in the following link, Post #4.
