HTC Perfprmance was made for older HTC devices that use the Intel processors. The touch and mogul have qualcomm cpu's that have "dual processors" which currently are unable to be overclocked.

cmon guys, u cant overclock msm 7500 and that is final. the program you are thinking of is called htc performance, and it is not designed for vogue. i dont want to write techical reasons of why its imposible (for now) to overclock this chipset because:
1. I dont really know the technical side
2. It will start a hundred page debate, and we already have enough of these.
If you want to increase the speed of the interface (scroll smoother, open windows folder faster) then i would sugest increasing your pagepool and wait utill someone releases the video drivers. cheers
