I was having GPS problems also and this is how I fixed mine.

Went to settings, phone, services, location settings turned this feature off did a soft reset,
Went to settings, phone, services, location settings again turned this feature on did a soft reset
Went to settings, phone, services, internet, clicked Start waited until done did a soft reset started working fine.

Don't Know if you use yahoo go but my GPS worked fine until I messed with this programs GPS. It kept telling me that the GPS was not accessible when Windows Live and Google Maps never had any problems accessing the GPS. Shortly after I started having problems.

Don't know if it caused my problem but I won't be using yahoo go's GPS feature anymore.
