Data connection turns on and off

So whenever i use the internet, check my email, or text, it would have to dial #777 more than often lately. What i'm asking is there a way i can permanently turn on the data connection?

you could have a program that constantly uses the internet, such as an instant messenger/skype/etc... but having an active data connection drains your battery fast... at least it does for me

Use a registry editor and change the following key

HKLM\
Comm\
ConnMgr\
Providers\
{7C4B7A38-5FF7-4bc1-80F6-5DA7870BB1AA}\
Connections\
Alltel Wireless(This what mine says since I have Alltel, not sure what the Sprint phones say...Sprint Wireless?)\
Always On\

change the 0(zero) to a 1

That should be what you need to keep the data connection on.
