Can't see any of my messages (message app won't start)
 

Just yesterday, randomly i couldn't get the messaging application to start. Can't start it from home screen or applications.
No new apps installed
Does anyone know how to fix?

Ouch sorry dude, I had that happen to me before, around 4 times actually. From what I understood, for me it was caused by either Voice Command announcing messages or a custom ROM, and it started around 2 weeks or so after I installed VC or flashed. But then again its a guess about what happened.

Unfortunately the only way to fix it was a Hard Reset, so 4 hard resets later I'm using the official Sprint ROM and after installing VC I went into the preferences of VC and unchecked the Message option.

BTW backups don't work, I tried to restore an older backup, and it still happened.

i guess i'll have to go back to 6.0
I'll just re install later maybe

That may not be necessary. If you are storing your messages and attachments to your storage card then all you have to do is delete the files from your storage card. This has happened to me on a number of occasions and this usually fixed the problem. Just make sure that once you do this that you uncheck that option.
