prepend program
It would be cool if you could bring up someones number. In the contacts list. Then have an option in the menu let say it said prepend. Then it gives you options. *67 to block. *82 to unblock. Also add extra 1 so it goes directly to voicemail. Handy little feature. I would think
something to marinate on. timdawg |
Re: prepend program
I'd love a program to prepend the 1 and local area code to any # dialed that didn't already include the 1 and/or an area code.
Example: In northern IL (as many areas) you need to dial 11 digits to place any call. i.e. you call your neighbor (same area code) and you need to include the area code to place the call. Now I call many people only once from my cell. So, I don't want to add them to my phones contacts. And about 90% of them are from the same area code as me. I would love my cell to prepend the 1 on every call if I didn't dial it, and the same thing with my area code (if it is some other area code I would have to dial it, and that would supercede the prepend). With this I could go back to 7 digit dialing!!! My old palm 7135 had this and I loved it.. |

Hello, I recently found a couple of programs that will kind of do what I am looking for. I am not able to prepend a number that is either a missed call or a recent call. You can only use with numbers stored in contacts. Unless someone has some ideas on how to tweak. The programs I found in case anyone else is interested is....
