Reset Touch for GPS to work?
 

Hi,

my phone works great, but I have to reset the phone every once in a while for it GPS to work again.

Does someone else have this problem and is there a fix available?

How do you actually do the Reg Hack? I have never had to do one, and have the same GPS problem as posted above. Thanks....

this happened today to me with DH's black vista ROM...
the thing is, i use GPS only (mode 1, no smart, no agps)
so, i dont think this reg edit would do anything for me, correct?
if i reset it, i get a lock again in under 30 seconds...
(i can get locks the first 2 or 3 times... after that, it doesnt want to lock... so i must reset...)

You can always try it. I've never changed my mode, so I don't know if this hack would work with mode 1 or not, but it couldn't hurt.

when i went to check, it was already set to "Enabled"=dword:00000000"
something dh already implemented i guess

Mine isn't working either. I've got the OMJ rom if that matters.

which rom are you using?

I had this same issue when using the sprint based 3.03....I have not had this problem since switching to bell based 3.09 rom.
