New guy with the touch that needs help...
 

I was told that there is a way that you can get picture mail back on the touch... Can any of you out there help me? I was also told that there is a way that you can download ringers again... Can any of you help me with that either?

Welcome to the family. You'll find the best solution for Sprint MMS in one of the stickys in the Software forum (sMMS picture mail). We also have a ringtones thread in one of the forums as well, so feel free to look around as you won't miss them.

and if dont have sprint look for arcsoft mms on xda devs as its been banned here
