Clock/Alarms Error: "No Program Memory Available"

I get this error with basically every ROM I build with the new 20273 PPCKitchen. It doesn't matter what clock plugin I use (todayClock, Pocket Digital Clock, etc)...but whenever I try to open the "clocks/alarms" setting it gives me this error message! I have NO programs running, 68mb RAM free, tried changing pagepool and everything. WTF?!?! Please help!
