It is posible coz it does not use any special hardware aside from accelerometer maybe. The only question is knows and who got time to do it.

all this really is, is an animation. he made this video and timed the movements with practice. just like the rest of the iphone so called tricks.

Ya it is a completely doable app on any device with the motion sensor. I'd like to see an app like that, I'd even settle for just the video cause it is fun to watch.
