I've searched, I've googled, I've cried...now I ask for help
 

I have been having an annoying thing happen on my Verizon XV6900 since I got it. About 80% of the time when my phone rings, I see the caller ID come up, along with a settings screen asking me if I want to display the clock in all programs.

I have tested this and made sure that I am not touching any buttons when I answer the phone.

I have the stock Verizon OS. This annoys me to no end. Am I doing something wrong? What can I do to make this stop. Thanks for the help.

I would flash a custom rom. It will run better and give you more stability. Check the Upgrades forum for one compatible with Verizon and go for it.

Just know that once you flash your phone, you won't stop doing it :)
