Touch screen freezing/locking up
 

Hey gang...I need some help.
My phone keeps locking up...for instance, I tap on the contacts, and nothing happens...I wait about 10 seconds, and then it works great. The phone will work great and then lock up again! It is really annoying. I did about 10 soft resets and even used Memmaid to see if there may have been somthing taking up RAM space. It helps for a little bit, but then it locks up again, and then works fine. It is intermittent, but definitely annoying when I get a call and I keep tapping on answer and nothing happens.
I am sure this has been posted before, but I sure can't find it!

try checking recent installed programs apps. ect. i had a similar problem with a dialer i installed, but problem wasn't as bad as yours. worst case backup files and hard reset. goodluck

I have this same issue. But i find it is usually when i'm working with the outlook applications on the stock 6.1 rom. maybe too many sms messages? I have had my touch for a few days, i'm going to try clearing my sms and see if it gets better...
