Just has i said I would do, Please check out this post. Download the files, and place HH_0409_weathercites.xml and place the file into your windows folder, soft reset and your city should not be in your weather tab.

Then press thanks. Hope it works for everyone. Let me know.

I updated the link, go to that page, and then download custom cities, and you should get your file.
